Most CC will require you to take placements tests if you do not take the ACT or SAT.
If you have 60 credits from your CC, four year college will not require a SAT/ACT score.

read requirements for transfer students, not incoming freshman, at the web site of the four year college you want to go to.

You can take the SAT or ACT test when you are 90 if you want! At no time are you ever barred from taking those tests.

Hop onto the website of the college you are interested in attending. See what their requirements are for a transfer student. You may have to take placement tests so they know where to put you.

Get involved where you are and keep thinking toward your future. The four year college would be delighted to accept an involved student.
