No, Hong Kong is a city not a country.

5係,香港係中國嘅一個特區,而特區係中國擁有好大嘅自主權,但係依然係@嘅領土

Hong Kong has never been an independent country (Nation) ! Before the British, Hkg was under the governing of Canton Province, when British defeated Manchurian China--use military force to sell Chinese the Opium, they made money, we Chinese die of the drug, Hkg took over by Britain under the Treaty of NanKing. After the 1997 July 01, the sovereignty has gone back to current Chinese Government. That is NEVER happened as Country, so 004 is wrong ! and 003 wrong as well. The ruling party in current China is Communism Party, the sovereignty of Hkg is China. Hard to be understand, right?
Simply concreted and cool fact is ---Hkg is not a country !!
