A blood test is to be conducted to indicate whether or not a person has a particular disease. The test result is either positive (x=1) or negative (x=0). Let q denote the real presence of the disease (q =1 if present, q =0 if not present). Given that px|q(1|1) = 0.8, px|q(0|1) = 0.2, px|q(1|0) = 0.3, px|q(0|0) = 0.7, and a prior pq(1)=0.05 and pq(0)=0.95, find the posterior distribution pq|x
