How to use RAM as a drive

How to use RAM as a drive (e.g. G: H: E:)
I know that the thinks there will be removed after I shut my computer, but I just want to know how to do that. As I know that the things (e.g. programme) I put there will be able to run faster. (My RAM is 2.00GB)
I have search it online (by Google) but I fail to search it.

Gavotte RAMDisk (freeware)
Somewhere on the web. I never know where is its HP.

Dataram RAMDisk (freeware with limitation)

...and probably many more if you search "Windows Ramdisk" on Google.

And unless you are using pre-Vista Windows, using RAM disk on a machine having only 2GB RAM is not a good idea at all.
