Don't worry too much and things will be fine!
I think you must be so care for your girlfriend :)
Since she has some bodily problem at the moment,
you might think too much of it and had this dream.
I think what you should do is to RELAX
your girlfriend definitely needs your support.
So you have to stay strong and be with her.
You should treasure the time with her,
I mean no one knows what's gonna happen tomorrow,
and today might be the last day of anyone (MIGHT lol)
so just treasure you two's love!
You two need each other.
Relax and think positive.
Things will run well and just don't give too much pressure to yourself.
I wish your GF is gonna recover very soon
