How do you greet seniors in western countries?

For example, how do kids greet their uncle and aunt(or grandparents) when they see them?
Do they simply greet them by first name, or do they say "uncle, aunt"?
Do the kids call the seniors by first name, even if they are very young, for example 4 or 5 years old.
Thanks.

Uh, I live in America, and most of us say something along the lines of, "Hey, Aunt/Uncle _____" where ____ is the person's first name. However with grandparents, at least in the area where I live (New York suburbs), we usually just say some form of "Grandma" or "Grandpa" depending on your ethnicity, like Italian, Greek, Irish, German....
