how do you get a picture from a video..?

Very easy, pause the video, and then press the "print screen" button on your keyboard.
Then, open "paint" or "microsoft word", and then do "ctrl + v", or click paste.

You could try viewing the video in HD if it is available and in full screen. Pause the video on your desired place and press the "Print Screen" button on a Windows computer or Command + Shift + 3 on a mac. :)
