1.INTRO: Hong Kong had long be described as a cultural dessert and, particularly, the musical development suffered a conspicious setback in recent year. One of the major reasons ,adduced by the expects, is that there are too many illegal download from the internet, contributing to a neglect on purchasing genuine musical collection of publics. However, some of the people deem illegal download is just a convenience but not a commitment of the offences related to the copyright regulations. In this essay, I would like to justify my stance point with relavance instance.
