我朋友在08年係大陸結婚(A)，然後在09年香港又結婚(B)，2個都係大陸人，前幾天(B)打電話比我朋友話，公安叫左(B)番公安局到同佢講我朋友重婚，之後(A)又叫我朋友番上去福建到搞離婚
想問下
1.如果我朋友真係番去大陸同(A)搞離婚會唔比公安拉？
2.我朋友以家係香港單方面同(B)搞緊離婚，應否搞落去呢？
3.我朋友以家會日都好驚唔知點做好，有冇人可以教下佢？

不用多想,假結婚和重婚都是刑事罪行。

It is a Criminal Offence, would have Criminal Record. This record lasts for life, wont be deleted. Seriously affect you migration, study overseas, working opportunity in big companies...
Depends on the nature of intention, probably have jail term. And the other parties may be your burdens for life, they may blackmail you or keep on asking for compensation or simply....$$
