Where did people FIND the internet?

Nobody found the internet, it was created during the 1960's by US, UK and French companies, education establishments and the military. It was originally designed for the connection of military computers, and academic ones and then expanded vastly in the 1980's when personnal computers started to become popular.

It takes a lot of time and research to introduce what we called an internet now. In the earlier 70's US military discovered ARPANET to use for their own confidential purposes after some time IEEE introduced a changed version of ARPANET and it became internet and in the mean time it has became a revolutionary successful. So my dear we didn't find internet hiding behind the bushes but we discovered it from a long scientific research.
