i want to switch school wihout a parental agreement? how can i do this if im only 15 but soon to be 16? help?!?

I am 15 years old, but i will be 16 on te 30th of january. now i have a very stike mother, and last eptember she switched me from my school to another school that i absaloutly hate. all my friends are at my old school which is down the street from my new one, and the one im at right now is a french school and the other is english, im really not good at french but im very good at english, when i want to be. lol. my mom switched me from my old school because she didnt like my friends, and bcause she cant pick my friends i guess she just swiched my schools so shed gt her way. but i need help, because i want to switche back schools for the second semester, now my mother obviously wont do this for me, so i wont even bother asking.,... but i would like to know if i CAN do this without a parental agreement? do i need papers? documents? or what ? HELPPP !?!?

My answer would be that it is not such a good idea. you see, if you change school you should have a reason. it is not right without parental agreement. Tell your parents in a sad way what ever the reason may be. I am sure they would understand. if your mum says no tell your dad. if your dad say yes, tell your dad to persuade your mum.
if you really want to change schools, you will need a few of your recent report card. if the school accepts you, you should be able to get into the school. but I do not know what can you do if the teacher wants to see your parents you parents.
the school might interview you.
