FREE TIME



If you ask me what will you do during my spare time, my answer and describtion of my free time hobby should be surely lengthly and brief, as I have numerous after-school courses and I got a lot of fun from them.



I love playing piano and I spend quite a lot of time on them. Although my mum didn't have ample money to buy one for me, my school possesses 5 pianos which are freely allowed for us to play during lunch time or recess---of course, if you obediently followed the rules. Studying by myself, I was extremely arduous to catch up each note initially, I was frustrated and discouraged and gradually lost the enthusiasm toward it. Luckily, I accidentally found a piano teacher who is experienced in teaching piano, and also which is more important is that the price was reasonable. Since then I got a piano course.




Moreover, books hold a great fascination to me, especially the TIMEs, because I can acquire worldwide knowledge after reading them. Remarkable example is the incident of Liu Xiapo, was recently sentenced for 'inciting subversion of state power' by Chinese government. This kind of information can remarkably broaden our horizon and trained our appraisal ability, especially under the pervadsive circumstances of fatalism nowadays. The advantage further extended to our learning of Liberal studies as it advocates student to possess a critical thinking . All can be cultivated by reading newspaper and this kind of global magazines.




Lastly, I had been fond of playing badminton. Seeing that I had great interest and paid a lot of effort to it, my mum had found a instuctor to me to train my badminton skills, with my continuously and unceasingly and industrious drill, I got several prices. Remarakble recall was that I defeated a skilled and talented player in Hong Kong and won the Champion of the HKTTT Teens' badminton competition. At that time, I was enraptured as my sweat can fianlly be guaranteed and repaid and thus I am quite confident and glorious about that.

a friend's problem

I had a friend named Sally. She is kind, cheerful and lovely. Sally and I love sports. We usually play sports, so we are very healthy. However, she had a bad habit.

Sally loves to eat junk food and drink soft drinks. She always spend much money to buy those junk foods. Her family told her that junk foods aren't healthy, but she won't ever listen to their obey.

Time passes through, Sally kept eating junk food. 3 months later, when I met her, she became very fat. Her hand was holding a big pack of chips. She asked me, "Do you want some chips? It's yummy!"

I answered, "Sally! Why you are eating junk food? It is very unhealthy to you! Do you want to become fatter and fatter? You can not run free and you can not jump rope with us! You can not play most of the outdoor games with us!"

Sally complained, "That means you won't play with me because I became fat? Alright, if you don't like me anymore, fine! We are not friends anymore!!!"

Sally became angry and angry. Before I left her, I told her, "If my words can help you to change your bad habit, I would rather break our relationship. Sorry. You can't do wrong again! When we were small, you always eat healthy snacks! Now, you don't mind your body. I am dissapointed."

I walk sadly. She looked at me. Few weeks later, Sally dialed me. She told me that she will control the amount of eating snacks. We became friends again. Now, she is very healthy. She sleeps early and eats healthy.
