I do not think that you should open too many bank account at different banks as most bank requires minimum deposit of $5000 per account or there will be a monthly or yearly fee.

Besides BOC, you can open one more bank account with HSBC or Hang Seng Bank. You shoud check with bank for details of opening account procedure or the exact fee .
