我想問如果一句英文句子入面有at the present time , at present
係用simple present 定係 present continuous
一定係以上兩種tense ge其中一種

Either present tense or present continuous tense is acceptable.In general, we use the latter one more than the former one.

actually we seldom use present continuous
we use simple present with the word "at the present time"
