文法上基本上無錯，但一般英語人不會這樣講/寫，因為主角是你的「衣服」而不是「我」，所以會以附屬式來寫My clothes always wear out quickly.
2. You can divide this apple between the two of you.
正確。

3. He has not only made this mistake before but he will make it again. 可否寫成 Not only has he made this mistake before, but he will make it again.?
可以。

4. You seldom find traffic wardens who are kind. 可以寫成 Seldom can you find traffic wardens who are kind.?
句式可以，但不是用can.
Seldom do you find traffic wardens who are kind.基本上意思一樣。

5. I realized what was happening only then. 可以怎樣寫?
Only then did I realize what was happening.

據我所學，你的第一與第二題，都沒有錯處。
第三及四題，答案都是「可以！」但後兩者都是誇張的表達，有加重語氣的意思呢！又為甚麼兩句之後，都有問號的呢？
第五題和第三及第四題類似。但我不會獨立去寫，即不在 happening之後，就終止這句子，我會繼續我想寫作的了。如：Only then I realized what was happening and I responded
