Every year when I visit The Bali, I would only stay at your hotel & make reservation through the travel agency. I have planned my trip to The Bali again with my mother for the period of 29/10 - 2/11. However, the agency told me that your hotel were fully booked. My mother were depressed to learn of the news. Will there be any means that can allow us to accomodate in your hotel during the captioned period?

Usually, we will opt the deluxe suit of your hotel. However, any other type of guest rooms will also be considered if the deluxe suit is not available. Please reply for the room type & any discount price that offer to us. As your hotel is the only favorite for my mother, I will really appreciate if you can help to arrange the room for this loyal customer. If we cannot found accomodation in your hotel, we may need to cancel our trip to The Bali this year. Thank you very much.
