Sending sms from Hong Kong to Canada by mobile phone is around $2.something each. It is very expensive.
Some carriers offer $0.2 each for over 2x,xxx messages from PC to mobile.
I am looking for some cheaper carriers,or any free of charge channels.

i suggested you can check it firstly, you may get the cost if total 50 SMS sent from both of you within 1 day. Unlimted data access plan is still cheaper than that of SMS
