The question of alleviating proverty is a common issue amongst all nations, especially the developing countries. Many such proposals were being mocked as socialist or even communist measures. It is totally a matter of opinion, because the Government is responsible for the reallocation of resources. Possible measures are:
1. Limiting distribution of profit by share among employees, shareholders and retention.
2. Placing ceiling on remuneration of management by reference to the lowest paid staff.
3. Disallow warrants for management by diluting the minority's share.
4. Civil servants' pay be refering to general remuneration level of private enterprises, and not by statistics because they can be subject to manipulation or misleading.
5. Reduce social benefits to new immigrants who have never contributed to society.
6. Tighten conditions for immigration applications.
7. Link pricings of public transport and utilities by reference to efficiency.
8. Remove exemption for profits tax on trusts etc.
9. Introduce Tobin Tax and Withholding Tax.
