Do the Rangers still have a chance?

So, the Rangers lost. However, CC is apparently the best they have and the Rangers hit 5 runs off of him. Is this a predictor that the Rangers might do well the rest of the series despite the horrible loss tonight? What do y'all think??
更新1:

This information would make a Ranger victory pretty sweet! – The Yankees won 95 games at $207 million. The Rangers won 90 at $55 mil. – The Rangers could triple every current player’s salary, sign Mark Teixeira away from the Yankees, and still have a lower payroll. – Cliff Lee, C.J. Wilson, Colby Lewis and Tommy Hunter (all of Texas’ playoff starting rotation) combined make less than Mariano Rivera – the Yankees’ closer.

And if we do win, then the Yankees can sit by and watch on while enjoying their off-time by shooting up steroids, cheating on their wives and rehearsing to be in Taco Bell commercials.

更新3:

"Loser team stands no chance"...and who would that be?? We won the Division..and the Yanks got Wild Card..am I correct? There are still 3 more games for the Yanks to win for the Rangers to be the losers.

Well of course they have a chance. Billy Yank wrote off the Red Sox in 2004 and we all remember the Greatest Comeback of all time. The thing that may define this edition of Billy Yank and company though is Brett Gardner! On a similar play six years ago Aroid tried to cheat by attempting to Girly Slap the ball out of Bronson Arroyo's hand. Brett Gardner relied on Hustle to beat CJ Wilson to the bag. This caught the Rangers completely of guard. BillyYank playing fairly, the last thing you would expect!

it wouldn't surprise me at all if Texas came out and won 3 straight after tonight... look at what the Rangers have done, they've beaten Rivera twice in the regular season, they stuck it quiet nicely to Sabathia tonight... and they got guys like Cliff Lee just waiting to do his thing. NO WAY are the Ranges out of this, not at all.

Obviously yes. However, the team that wins game 1 of a ALCS wins the series 65% of the time.

If CC Sabathia wins the Cy Young this year over Felix Hernandez, the award will be about as meaningful as a Gold Glove. He's done absolutely awful in his three postseason starts.

Of course they do. Did the Yankees have a chance down 5-0 last night? Many people thought they didn't, but they won. Same thing here. As long as you're not eliminated you have a chance...

Absolutely they can come back. It's a best of 7, not a best of 1. Plenty of time left

We're down 1-0. The yankees have blown a 3-0 lead in the playoffs before, we definetely have a chance. Not to sound too cocky but I think we already have Game 3 won because Cliff Lee just owns the yankees. We hit their ace pretty well. So I'm confident we can come back and make it a great series if not win it.

Turn out the lights the party's over.
The Rangers had the Yanks by the short ones last night and the couldn't close the deal
Yanks in 5

I've got some prime beachfront properties in Arizona for sale at a real cheap price for all those who think Texas has a chance.

TX will lead by 6 in G2, then choke that one in the ninth.

Loser team stands no chance and CC is not the Yankees best pitcher right now, he has been pitching horribly this October and mid/late September.
