上個月petty cash剩餘$265, 公司今個月俾左$1000, 今月個買了筆$10, file$20,
ink$30, stamp$42, 車費$47, 次紙$50..., 點入帳? 請幫我列埋每個item要點寫, 總之成個format都要, (用英文) 謝謝!

另外想問老闆借錢俾公司$50000, 利息$1000,點入

Pens, files, inks - Printing and Stationery
Stamps - Postage
Fares - Travelling
Tissues - Office Supplies

So, on monthly total, you Dr. Printig and Stationery $60, Dr. Postages $42 Dr. Travelling $47 Dr. Office Supplies $50. Unless there are further expenese paid, the ending balance of petty cash will be $265 + 1000 - 197 = $1068, Every transactiobn must be entered individually in the petty cash book.

Dr. Bank Cr, Proprietor's Current Account / Director's Current Account for $50,000, being money advanced to the company. Dr. Interest and Cr. Proprietor's Current Account / Director's Current Account for $1,000, being interest accrued on the funds advanced to the company.
