Let α , β be 2 roots : a)α > 0 and β > 0.3 conditions are required :α , β are real : b² - 4ac ≥ 0 α + β > 0 : - b/a > 0α β > 0 : c/a > 0b)α < 0 and β < 0.3 conditions are required :α , β are real : b² - 4ac ≥ 0α + β < 0 : - b/a < 0α β > 0 : c/a > 0
