白汁:牛油 2 安士、乾蔥蓉及麵粉各 2 湯匙、水 1 杯、白酒 1/2 杯、鮮忌廉 1/3 杯、芫茜碎 2 湯匙

白汁做法:牛油溶於鍋中,加乾蔥蓉及麵粉煮成糊狀,注入水及白酒拌勻,慢火煮成杰身,加入忌廉,芫茜碎,再煮 1-2 分鐘至熟透。

White Sauce:Butter - 2 oz (60 g), Flour and shallot (chopped) - 2 Tbsp each, Water - 1 cup, White wine - 1/2 cup, Fresh cream - 1/3 cup, Parsley (chopped) - 2 Tbsp

Sauce: Melt butter in pan, add shallot and flour and mix into a paste. Add water and white wine, bring to boil, then simmer for 3 minutes. Add cream, parsley and cook well.

需不停攪勻
