Call the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Hotline @ (888) 426-4435. They will need to charge your credit card a $65 fee but they will tell you what you need to do.
I am sure there are people here who are qualified to tell you whether the ingredients of perfume would hurt dogs but are they on-line right now? You might as well search for the ingredients of perfume and then match those with the things that are toxic to dogs.
I gather a lot of it is alcohol and since it is harmless to us it might not be as dangerous as chemicals and stuff. However, like chocolate, we eat them and they can kill dogs so even a vet can't be sure unless he knows what exactly is in perfume.
Keep feeding him water to flush it and keep a log of your observation of your dog. Should he act strange you have to rush him to the vet and this log will help the vet understand how he has been performing.
If you're talking about a spray bottle, he most likely could not have ingested much unless he broke the bottle and licked up the perfume and I don't think any dog would enjoy the taste of perfume enough to lick it up. Keep a close eye on him and call a vet if you notice any behavior that concerns you.
