Community College for an AA in business would be good. Though many clerks only have high school. my daughter was doing clerical work including reception and switchboard for an international corporation's head office part time when she was 14. She was expected to know Word and Excel which she taught to herself when she was 9. I mention this as my point is that most skills for clerical work are skills that any half intelligent person is expected to know or figure out on the go.
