唔知你的例句來源是否正確句子,因為頭兩句中的第一句其實甚少會出現更可能是錯的(待後再解),但如果訧按住這兩句的意思解釋分別如下:

I will have been worked for 1 year next month.
到下個月我便會(在這裏)被勞役了一年。
I will have been working for 1 year next month.
到下個月我便會(在這裏)連續工作了一年。

註:第一句的動詞格式是:
will: 未來式 - 這個沒有問題,因為是說未來的一個月後的結果
hav been worked是perfect tense的被動式,所以所用的動詞work的主角I是被逼的工作,所以如果按原文翻譯便意會為是勞役或是苦工監那類的工作。


I finished my homework.
這是記錄/記述:
我(在過去/昨天前)完成了我的家課。
I have finished my homework.
這是現場/當時表達:
我剛剛(或已經)完成了我的家課。
註:i 是用have的
