What's the difference between "weekend" and "weekends"?
Would you please give me some examples in sentences? Thanks.

Weekend is singular: "I'm going to the bar this weekend"
Weekends is plural: "I work on my car on the weekends" as in multiple weekends

Weekend is singular, it refers to only one.

Weekends is plural. It refers to two or more.
