I don't think he will ever get the chance to burn that bridge. The Yankees are all about winning, not supplying soap operas for the media. I'm still a bit perplexed at the A-Rod hoopla and am glad that was over quickly. (you remember, steroids, cheating on his wife, etc). Frankly I wouldn't miss A-Rod if he never played another game for the Yankees.
At any rate, Manny would not fit. He is not bigger than the game whether he realizes it or not. The Yankees don't have time for such nonsense.
If the Yankees do sign Manny & in spite of in the event that they don't, the haters nevertheless doubt they make play offs yet i does not under estimate the Yankees at no time. in spite of each and all of the injuries final season, they controlled to win 89 video games better than most of the communities interior the league & wow, omit play offs for first time in some years. next year they should initiate yet another streak of turning out to be play offs & engaged on championship #27
No, most of those guys would be reaching the end of their years in the bigs and manny, who would be signed for way to much, and have a dissapointing year, for a waste of the yankees money.
Nope, he isn't joining the Yankees. He didn't prove much when he got traded to the chisox so I don't know why anyone would want him on their team. It might be time for Manny to hang em up.
It would be a good match, but every single one of them, including Manny, is probably coming near the end of their career. A-Rod could be around a while, but I don't think Manny has enough years left for the Yankees to seek him out. That being said, they all are still great additions to any team, but maybe not for too much longer.
