Where can I buy one of those college sweaters?

I saw my friend wearing this exact type of sweater today but it said Yale on it and it was navy blue. She said that she bought it from forever 21, but that it's probably sold out since she bought it in August. And I even looked at the online catalog for on the forever 21 website, and it doesn't seem like they have any. I'm going shopping some time this week, so I wanna know which store would carry the type shown in the picture. And btw, i'm a freshman in high school, so I just can't go to the college store and buy one haha. I need a local store in Southern Cali. K thanks!
