可5可以教我改返d gammer mistake?

Although government had put three sites for auction, [but-省去]{因為前句用although,之後的「但是」句子開頭是不能有but的} it hadn't attracted the developers. The result shows that it [is](was) ineffective. The writer [finger](pointed){我估你想說「指出」並不是finger(手指) out 而是point out，用past tense因為你引述那writer已發表的評語) out that government should face the problem and announce (the-省去，measures是眾數並且文中沒有指出所謂的measures沒有特定項目可參) measures [about錯preposition句式]{句前段結構是government face xxx and announce yyy 應該接著的是(to deal with)} the property market and land supply. ..............

[Developers only have money in their eyes.](英文冇得甘寫ge???) {老師說得對(Developers only focus on profits)發展商只注視盈利} They just bid sites for luxury developments. It is a [big fault](big mistake) to allow the developers who only [have money in their eyes]{這句同樣錯}(only focus on proift making) to control the market.
................ As (the) government [had]{PUT本身已是過去式的動詞，不用had來表示過去完成的拍賣} put sites for auction, but it hadn't consider(ed) developers "interest", it [mades](made/was){全段你要決定是用past tense表達是過去的情況還是用present tense表示不變的事實，我會用past tense} a laughable mistake.
Besides, government [look(ed) down on] {look down on是看不起某人的身世或地位或看人不順眼，英語人不會用來形容輕視一件事或情況}(underestimated) the porperty bubble because they [doesn't] (don't){they跟do/do not動詞) take any action to solve the problem.
