I am now doing a project and I need to investigate some problems regarding Wan Chai (it can be any aspects like economy, environmental protection, urban development). Can domeone suggest some possible topic or some area/issue that is worth investigating?

灣仔的紅燈區:是美軍到港渡假時喜愛的地方，
因此會帶來那裡不少經濟上的收益，
但那裡由於是酒吧林立和是妓女們出沒的地方，所以可能會有不少不良份子( 俗稱 " 馬伕" ) 依賴操縱妓女維生，因此這紅燈區便漸漸成為罪惡的集散地。
