Tf= Ti +mx

Tf = final temperature (in Celsius)
Ti = initial temperature (in Celsius)
m = increment of temperature per minute (in Celsius per minute)
x = the time passed in minutes

Since Ti = 15ºC (given) and m = 2 min./min. (given)

Thr formula is reduced to:

Tf = 15 +2x

The final temperature of the glass of water is given by:

Tf = 15 +2x   where x is the time passed in minutes
