Here in this sentences - is having and is looking = another way of expression in future and the party is already organized

Fanny will have her birthday party next month and she will look forward to it. = Party is being planned and not yet finalized.

is having = present continuous tense = planned future action
= future tense= 已計劃的將來式 (用在這句子, 比較貼切)
如果用 will have 也可以的
is looking forward to it = present continuous tense= future tense 正期待着
e.g. I am visiting my grandmother this Sunday. = I will visit my grandmother this Sunday.

then i don't know what mean is forward,so it may wrong about the looking forward.

Fanny is having her birthday party next month(It is a plan so we use present
continuous tense)

she is looking forward to it(use present
continuous tense)

This sentence is correct!
