Does Anyone Know how She Does Her Make Up?

You gotta remember everyone's eye shape is different, so you could do EXACTLY what she does and it could still not look exactly the same. Start with either using an eyeshadow base or just a light coloured eyeshadow and put that all over your lid. From what I can see she's lined her top and bottom waterline (the bit of skin closest to the eye, not the lash line) with black liner. The top bit is hard to do, so if you want, line the bottom waterline, blink hard and you should get some liner on the top part (you can repeat that a couple times to make it really dark). Also, smudge some black liner on the lash line, starting in the middle/ a third of the way in making it thicker on the outer corners, on both top lid and the bottom part, then add some black (don't use too much cuz it does get reeeeeeally messy, use a little then add more) eyeshadow over the liner. I think she has some purple eyeshadow on too? If you want to do that, get a purple (or any colour would look good) and smudge some on the bottom part, starting from the inner corner, This works best if you do it after lining your waterlines. Lastly, curl your lashes, and add mascara. She seems to have a lot on, but you don't really need to since the makeup is pretty dark anyway.

it seems like she has fake eye lashes on.
so, definitely use eyeliners, and then put 1-2 layers of fake lashes with a lot of mascara :)
you can go to youtube to look up make up tutorials, i always do that :p

Photoshop?

first of all she is Asian so she can handle doing those big doll eyes. She has tons of eyeliner on and fake lashes added. Way too much IMO she would look better with less on the bottom or some color
