Why does not the water drop on me if I swing a bucket of water at the end of a string overhead in a circle?

If you are looking at the water from its own frame of reference, the water experiences a centrifugal force (離心力) that tends to pull it outwards away from the centre of swing. This centrifugal force balances the weight of water when it is directly overhead. Hence, the water would not drop onto your head.
