as in the photosynthesis, the excretion of plants is oxgyen
while in the respiration, the excretion of plants is carbon dioxide
then, why so many people say that the excretion of plants is carbon dioxide??

In photosynthesis ,oxygen is the by product while in respiration CO2 . They are the excretion of plant . Also water , gum , resin & tannin are organic excretions . Leaves also store heavy metals when in fall , leaves are shed as the desposal of toxic materials . Some conifers also dsposit waste materials through roots .
