剛剛去了廁所 (現尚未回來)就就用簡單過去式simple past tense或現在完成式present perfect tense也可以如下：
He went to the toilet(或washroom).
He has (just) gone to the toilet(或washroom).-----現在完成式的意思不是他已去完厠所, 而是他只完成了' 去' 的動作,(但尚未回來)。加了just 就加强了說明他剛剛去了的意思。

present perfect

他剛剛去了廁所。
He has just gone to the washroom
