Is this weight loss theory true?

My friend thinks that if you drink alot of water, more than you normally do, that it will keep you from being so hungry. I'm not sure if that's really true or not, I mean if your stomach is full of water would you still be hungry? Or less hungry? Or just as hungry as usual?

when you drink a lot of water it actually makes you feel less hungry. you are not exactly putting food in your system so you are not making yourself full you are just making yourself feel full. also, since it only makes you feel full and you are actually not full your get even hungrier then what you felt before you drank the water sorry if this makes no sense.

Yes, you will be less hungry temporarily b'coz water would be quickly send to the bladder and pass out as pee. A better way to cheat hunger is to eat high fiber food (e.g : oat or cruciferious vegetable) food like this clean intestinal tracks and won't make you fat.

Its partially true, because you have water in your stomach you tend to be less hungry. Your body would get used to it though. Just be careful not to drink and eat at the same time because water breaks down the acid in your stomach and you do not digest food as well.

Water is good! Flushes the kidneys and keeps your skin healthy.
