MY Computer> Right click your C: Drive> PROPERTIES> (Tab) TOOLS> Defragment

u can view this one also..Advanced Disk Optimizer..i m also using it on regular purpose it works really well..& its compatible with Xp , Vista , Win 7 with both 32 & 64 bits.
