different between hot and heat

"Hot" or "cold" is just a human sensation. The degree of hotness generally reflects the temperature of an object. High temperature objects are perceived by human pereption as "hot", and low temperature object as "cold".

"Heat" is the energy transferred from an object of high temperature to an object of low temperature.
