黑麥精的成份顧名思義是由黑麥所造成,
黑麥精的用途主要是製作麵包的材料,
加少許黑麥精入麵糰,
就會讓所造出來的麵包更有麥味並具有黑麥的顏色!

液體麥精是大麥、麥芽為原料先製成麥汁,麥汁經真空濃縮成為黑麥精。
