excel copy到word, 怎樣清除箭咀

我系EXCEL FILE打左個表, 跟住COPY去WORD FILE度, 但放上WORD後發覺有好多箭咀(即入行位符號)系D數字隔離, 好似整到好花咁, 因要交SOFT COPY唔想攪到睇果個眼花, 有咩方法可以清除那些箭咀符號?

1. 復制 箭咀 (i.e. TAB code). 利用 "尋找 和 "替換", 在 "尋找" 欄 貼上 the TAB code.
在 "替換" 欄 填上 SPACE. 然後 替換,
2. 然後 替換 2 spaces to 1 space.
3. 然後 set TAB on the ruler for columns.

just click a "backspace" button which is at the right side of the top of keyboard.
