I assume all passports are held legally based on the countries' law.
1. There is no definite answer for your question as there are too many possibilities.
2. I assume you have a BN(O) Passport. You will be eligible for HKSAR Passport (although the Chinese national law does not recongize dual or multiple nationalities, but they never deny issuing HKSAR Passport to people who hold BN(O) or other foreign passports).
You immigrate to the U.S. and naturalize, which make you eligible for U.S. Passport.
However, Japan does not grant nationalities to foreigners. Marrying with a Japanese can only make you entitled for a permanent residency. So you can't get a Japan Passport anyway.
So you will only have 3 passports based on your situation.
