Yesterday i took my dog to the vet cuz he was trembling ,wont eat or drink they sayed..he has something in he's stomach it might be gas but now he wont move his back legs and when i tuch his stomach he bite at me whats wrong with him
Sounds like you should get a second opinion from another vet.
Unfortunately you didn't get a good answer from the first vet you saw, and that's deplorable but even with that a bunch of random people on the internet will not know more than a qualified vet.
And if he's truly unable to walk at this point, GO NOW!! If he has any kind of pinched nerve in his spine the damage could become permanent if you delay. Pain in the stomach could be minor things, but it could also be pancreatitis, which is deadly. My point: No one on the internet can diagnose your dog!
VET. NOW.
Take him back to the vet. Is his stomach quite hard? He could possibly have gastric tortion which will need to be treated asap. Your dog seems to be in a lot of discomfort so defiantly take him to the vet as soon as you can!!
take him back and insist on xrays or a ulta sound to see if he has a stone or a blockage.my border collie was straining and peeing blood and they treated her for infection and i told them i thought she had kidney stones and after a few days of the same i took her back and the xray showed a huge bladder stone the size of a hard boiled egg and the top vet did surgery right away.u know when ur pooch is sick so take him back and insist on finding the problem. good luck
With the greatest of respect, what makes you think anybody on here is going to know better than a qualified vet, who has seen your dog? If he's no better, GET HIM BACK TO THE VET - and if you are not happy about what the vet you saw did, or didn't do, go find another vet. It could be too soon for a vet to be able to give you a definite diagnosis, in fairness to the vet who saw him, but as he's deteriorated, he may have a better idea about what's going on, provided you get him back.
I seriously doubt it's a gastric torsion if this started yesterday. With a full torsion (where the bloated stomach actually turns on the muscles either end and blocks everything off), you have literally minutes to act before he's in such serious trouble, you'd most probably lose him.
Go and see another vet, either at the same practise ( and complain about the first vet)or somewhere else, no vet would just say this and let you go home.
Your dog is in pain, which is why he bit you and it also sounds like he is going in to shock...so vets and quick.
How big is this dog? If it is a medium to large breed dog, it is possible he is bloating.
THIS IS A LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY.
Take the dog to an emergency vet IMMEDIATELY.
Gas in the stomach is a classic sign of bloat. Why the vet would send your dog home is beyond me. Unless you told them that you couldn't afford treatment.

Take the dog to back to the vet and insist on a more detailed examination including ex-rays.
Your dog, your money. You can tell the vet what you want done, hon.
What did the vet say? Are you following the vet's instructions?
Your puppy bit you because he wanted to stop you from touching him as he was hurting somewhere inside. When a dog doesn't eat and drink you should seek advice from the vet and nobody else.
Get well soon puppy!
Similar thing happened to my dog recently, only my dog was vomitting too and eventually (by eventually, I mean 2 days - they spiral downward so fast) ended up collapsing from dehydration. Your vet assumes it's a blockage or infection? My vet did a CTI scan to look for blockage - there was none, but she found a swollen pancreas - followed by a blood test. Another vet did an x-ray and a blood test and nobody was able to diagnose anything solidly even after all that. It was either a swollen pancreas OR pancreatitis, or gastritis. The injections were probably pain killers and anti nausea medicines. Do you know what it was? Vetergesic (sp?), for example, is a morphine based painkiller. Has your dog been vomiting? Did your vet not give you a needleless-syringe to inject water into the dog's mouth? You really must get some water into him, unless your vet said to withhold all food and water. You need to discuss this with your vet because dehydration is dangerous and hard to spot in a small, restful dog. Feel his gums - do they feel 'tacky' and slightly dry? Lift up a bunch of skin from behind his neck, between the shoulder blades - does it spring back instantly or is it slightly slower to return to normal (slowness is a sign of dehydration). Is your dog showing any other signs? Like drooling (sign of nausea).
oh my god ! this is happened to my yorkshire dog half an hour ago....i was trying to take a nap then suddenly he started trembling and then pooped and vomited and started trembling again...the animal hospitals are all closed cos now it's almost 3 pm...i am going to take him to the vet at 4:30 when they open as soon as possible cos it is breaking my heart right now trying to search for things to do while I am waiting for the place to open.
I think you should take him to the vet also cos i think it needs immediate attention cos it might be something serious....even if it isn't something serious it is still a living being that needs our help....just don't touch him so he won't bite you but keep talking to him as if u are by his side..
I hope god helps our pets.
