PASSIVE VOICE一問

005答得好~ 2 objects there.. now many people just know little about sentence structure...

1.The accident report was given to Mark by Esther on Wedesday.
2.The market research report was written by Ronald with his partner.

1) Esther gave Mark the accident report on wednesday.

Passive Voice: Mark was given the accident report by Esther on Wednesday
OR
The accident report was given by Esther to Mark on Wednesday.
OR
The accident report was given to Mark by Esther on Wednesday.

點解可以有咁多種寫法? 因為 'GIVE' 可以跟兩個 objects (Mark / the accident report), 所以passive voice 句子開頭可以用 Mark 或 the accident report

2) Ronald wrote the market research report with his parther.
Passive voice: The market research report was written by Ronald with his partner.

第一句文法沒錯, 但一般英文用語習慣上會把日期放在句末,寫成：
Mark was given the accident report by Esther on Wednesday.

第二句就應寫成：
The market research report was written by Ronald and his partner.

1. Mar was given by Esther the accident report on Wednesday.
/Mar was given the accident report by Esther on Wednesday.

^呢2個好似會好d-_- 唔知邊個好d但係好過 by esther擺最後
