兇巴巴 除了ill-tempered 以外,
以下幾字也是適合形容一個人急躁易怒的脾氣:
short-tempered
hot-tempered
hot-mannered
easily annoyed
她是一個兇巴巴的女孩子。
She is such a hot-tempered girl.

好像是常在影片中聽到mean來形容脾氣不好, 或是耍點小壞的人.

不知道這種說法在美國常不常用~ 但在紐西蘭我們會用 cow 來形容脾氣不好的女性喔~

用Mean就可以了, 這是老美最常用的講法...
若用ill tempered來說的話比較偏向於病態的易怒性格, 通常像躁鬱症那種..
若只是形容一般那種脾氣差, 不好惹的那種女孩, 用mean即可
