any other chemicals supplied?
i assumed: NO other chemicals supplied, what we have is common lab. apparatus.
first, boil some of each solution to dryness. only hydrochloric acid leaves NO solid residues.
next, add the hydrochloric acid (distinguished) to other three solutions:
- sodium carbonate solution gives out colorless bubbles;
- lead nitrate solution gives white precipitate (insoluble lead(II) chloride);
- magnesium sulphate solution gives no observable changes when hydrochloric acid is added.

try this:
mix two sol. until they give colorless gas bubbles. name as A & B.
pour A into other 2 sol.; if both sol. gives white ppt., A is carbonate and B is acid;
if only 1 sol. gives bubbles, A is acid & B is carbonate.
then follow the procedures in original answer.
