從不盡不實的描述看來你用的是 XP Home Edition。如不對實無奈，你們都是急想一步登天而不理我等並非有神仙天眼通之能，玩死矣。
為何有此猜想？因此乃該版視窗之特性。
辦法：開機入安全模式，去開始> 控制台> 使用者賬戶> 電腦系統管理員> 變更我的密碼，打入密碼後再在下格重覆打一次確認，需打一提示答案作備忘密碼之用，之後按變更我的密碼，退出安全模式，重開去正常模式試入。要筆錄密碼，否則出錯又要重做一次。

For God's sake, looks like you are using Windows XP Home edition. The reason being this is the only version that prompts "Unalbe to log you on becasue of an account restriction" when you try to log in as Administrator in normal mode.
To resolve: Get into Safemode. Follow path----Start/Control panel/User accounts/Administrator/Create a password or Change my password. Now type in your password and re-type to confirm. Enter a hint as your future reminder in case of loss. Click Create password or Change my password. Exit safemode and try to log in through normal mode at the Windows welcome screen.
