I have certain misgiving about the words. The words are very rare. I wonder if ordinary people ever use it. If I cannot find the word in any British, Canadian, Australian and standard American dictionaries, I usually discard it. For example,
Galen - a.d. 129–circa 199 Greek physician & writer
Galenic – (adj) anything relating to Galen.
