if father employs his daughter to work for him as a secretary in his company, and they live together. give comments and advice the father.
I know employment ordinance is not applied to a member of the family of the owner of business and who lives n the same home, but i just dont know how can i futher give comment and advice. does that mean his daughter doesnt protect by the EO?

Yes, you are right. The EO does not apply to the daughter and she is not protected under the EO.However, the daughter is still protected by other laws. Either party may not do anything that is illegal to the other party.
In case of any dispute between the father and the daughter, none of them may bring the case to the Labour Tribunal. Labour Department will not entertain this case.
Disputes arising from the employment may only be settled by civil proceedings
