My mate makes me feel really small?

Hes a good mate and weve been through a lot, but when we are out he really treats me like a little brother. He will stare at me when we are out and I say 'what?' and he just says 'oooh your so young' or 'ooooh your so small'. theres a big height difference and he rarely goes to parties with me because he doesnt want me getting pissed of off my face. I smoke weed sometimes but I've never bought some, but he wont let me do it around him, he says im too young when hes only 10 months older than me ?!?!. Even some younger mates will sometimes say 'cover your ears, we are talking about man stuff' which really fks me right off. I just want to be treated normally and i know this guys looking out for me but to be honest, hes the idiot who gets completeley smashed, when im sensible and have like 2-3 cans whatever. I dress my age and act my age but people treat me as though im younger (look young, late bloomer) Just want to be respected and treated equally more? any suggestions?
